Go to concerts, book signings, browse a book store. (Betcha you'll find out real quick how well she can have intelligent and mature conversations with some of these.) While you're at it, don't PAY FOR EVERYTHING. If she can't afford much, then find some things to do which don't cost money but don't offer to pay for everything, all the way.
